Well, it seems that even the blatantly biased, ultra conservative are beginning to see the light. Gartner has finally admitted that open source is taking over.
So, students who are not receiving linux in computer classes are definitely becoming more and more disadvantaged, due to incompetent decisions being made by misinformed politicians, administrators, etc.
