Well, seems that the government of Vietnam can be added to the list of competent governments moving to open source. Meanwhile, back in corrupt, incompetent Canada...our schools continue to set a poor example, sending millions of taxpayer dollars to a convicted monopolist that continues to abuse the public, with the consent of the so-called 'leaders' in Canada.
