Seems someone in Australia is moving towards being competent. :-)
Here is yet another large school district switching to open source instead of MS Office, etc. And it is refreshing to see that there are some caring, competent people in the medical profession as well! :-) Read about the Open Health Tools( Tri-Continental Foundation of Experts, Open Health Tools, to Collaborate on Global Health IT Solutions) initiative, and the Gartner report showing that more than 90 percent of enterprises will be using open source by 2012.
