Great news today! (for Brazil, not Canada, unfortunately). Consider that Brazil will be using linux for 36 MILLION of its students by the end of this year! (More than the entire population of Canada, which is about 33 million or so). Mind you, by 2009, they will be using linux for 52 MILLION students (they are moving to a one-to-one computer to student ratio, much like other countries(but not Canada...which has an appallingly inadequate ratio as poor as 1 computer for every 10 students (Toronto) or worse!) Meanwhile, back in computer-illiterate M$ Canadian schools, thanks to illiterate(and/or corrupt?) politicians, having wasted untold MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on MS junk, with little access for students, etc...
